Bobby Bell is currently a minor league hitting coach in the Milwaukee Brewer’s organization and spends his off-seasons working with the Sharks and giving lessons in Indianapolis. Previously, he was a minor league coach for many years with the Miami Marlins, working with their top prospects like Giancarlo Stanton, Hanley Ramirez, and Jose Reyes. He also served on the coaching staff and as head coach of John Carroll University. Bobby played baseball at Mesa State College and with the California Angels organization.

John Mallee, the Chicago Cubs hitting coach, says  “I have been coaching in professional baseball for 15 years.  I have met only a few coaches who can teach hitting as well as Bobby Bell. He can take a good player to the next level.  His passion is second to none.  He has taught me a lot about hitting!!”
